EAT – I help you to develop better eating habits by removing the focus on diets, counting calories, restrictions and starvation.  I show you how to  allow yourself to enjoy what you EAT knowing that you are nourishing your body at the same time.  This is always applied throughout your journey.

PLAY – I show you how to play according to where you are on your wellness journey. I focus on helping you to build a strong foundation so that you can move forward stronger, while bringing enjoyment and challenging you along the way. You move, push, pull, squat, dance and all the stuff that feels good and right for your body.

LIVE – Having positive thoughts  and de-stressing are super important for progress. If you don’t know how to manage stress, then your attempts to improve your body will not work. Fix your mind, fix your body and that’s what I show you every step of the way.
