Tuna Burgers

My take on a teriyaki tuna burgers. I just whip this up from scratch so measurements will not be exact.

  • 2 cans tuna in water can use 1 can just would have to increase flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oat, cassava or breadfruit flour
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tsbp five spice powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Beat egg in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. If too wet, add more flour.

  2. Scoop out about 1/4 cup of mixture and form into flat burgers. 

  3. Heat butter in frying pan and fry each burger about 2 minutes each side.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
