Here’s what’s included:
An easy to follow meal plan where you have the freedom to build your meals. Of course, there will be things NOT allowed

We are not a gym. We want to make sure that each and every woman we work with gets the individual attention she needs to reach her goals. An important part of that is only working with women who are serious about changing their lifestyle.
So DO NOT register for this challenge if:
You are a very busy woman and will have to miss half of the sessions
You can’t commit to working out at least 3 times per week whether it be at REAC Fitness or exercise home-work given
You don’t like to dance and/or hate soca
You are looking for a quick fix or magic pill
You don’t think you can stick to the nutrition rules. There will be no CHEAT days!
You aren’t prepared to be challenged by your coaches
