Chickpea wraps

Alternative to wheat flour wraps.

Course Breakfast


  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground linseed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tbsp butter


  1. Mix ground linseed and water in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix chickpea flour, cumin and water in a bowl. Add linseed mixture and mix well.

  3. Heat butter in a non stick frying pan. Scoop out 1/4 cup of batter. Cook until you see small holes/bubbles forming on the surface then flip and cook for about 30 secs.  Continue this process until no more batter is left.
